Package can be amended as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability) Changes in the planned package will be charged from the guest.

No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable
The AC will be switched off in Hill stations. The service of vehicle is from point to point basis and will work exactly as per the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason will be chargeable.
Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
On Bookings made 21 Days or more before arrival:-
30% to be paid for Booking confirmation.
70% to be paid on arrival.
On Bookings made 10 to 20 Days or more before arrival:-
30% to be paid for Booking Confirmation.

50% to be paid for Booking Confirmation.
50% to be paid on arrival.
On Cancellation made 21 Days or more before arrival:-
15% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 10 to 20 Days before arrival:-
50% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 7 Days before arrival:-
80% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 24 - 48 hours before arrival:-
100% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
