These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Rucksack Adventures. By booking a trip or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your trip.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Rucksack Adventures.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
30% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 10 to 20 Days before arrival:
50% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 7 Days before arrival:
80% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty.
On Cancellation made 24 - 48 hours before arrival:
100% of the total package cost to be charged as a penalty
Rucksack Adventures cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.

Rucksack Adventures acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.
Travelers must adhere to all local laws and regulations during their travels.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet health and safety requirements for their destination.
It is advisable to check for any vaccinations or health precautions needed.

Rucksack Adventures reserves the right to alter itineraries for safety, operational, or environmental reasons. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
